Getting to the Department

The University of Cape Coast is located approximately five kilometres west of Cape Coast town centre along the main coastal road. Visitors arriving by road should follow signage for the University of Cape Coast. Taxis, shared taxis, and public transport from Cape Coast town and from the Accra–Takoradi highway serve the University area.

Once on campus, the Old Administration Block is located on the South Campus (Old Site). Visitors are advised to enquire at the main University gatehouse for specific directions if needed.
